Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Less than 10% of the purchased credits have been used
• The subscription has not been active for more than 30 days
• No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Partial Refunds

In cases where more than 10% but less than 50% of credits have been used, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Other payment methods: 7-14 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Used credits or services
• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
• Services that have been used extensively

4. Refund Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your case. We will review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and make a fair determination.

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

In certain circumstances, we may make exceptions to our standard refund policy:

• Technical issues preventing service use that are not resolved within 48 hours
• Duplicate charges due to system errors
• Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 7 consecutive days)

6. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available if you meet the refund conditions outlined above. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
